Summary. IPC to BNS Converter is a fully offline legal-reference utility. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and makes no network connections to our servers or any third party.

Information we collect

None. The app does not collect any personal or sensitive user data and does not send any data off your device.

Data stored on your device only

The following are saved locally on your device (in the app's private storage) and are never uploaded anywhere:

Your selected app language.
Bookmarks / favourites, personal notes, and recent searches you create.

You can clear this data at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

Microphone (voice search)

The app includes an optional voice search feature. When you tap the microphone button, the app requests microphone permission and uses your device's built-in, on-device speech recognizer to convert your speech to text for searching.

Audio is processed by the operating system's speech recognizer and is not recorded, stored, or sent to DB Square Technology.
Speech-to-text handling is governed by your device/OS provider's own privacy policy (e.g. Google's, for the Android system recognizer).
The feature is entirely optional; the app works fully without granting microphone access.

Sharing and exporting

When you choose to share or export a section as a PDF, the file is generated locally on your device and handed to the app you select (e.g. WhatsApp, Gmail, Files). We are not involved in and do not see that transfer.

Permissions used

Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): only for the optional on-device voice search described above.

Children's privacy

The app is a general-audience legal-reference tool and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
